Caltrans Regional Blueprints program won National Award:

The Regional Blueprint planning program received an Environmental Excellence Award from FHWA in the category of Air Quality Improvement and Global Climate Change.  The award was presented at the ICOET conference in September 2009 in Duluth, Minnesota and was one of four awarded to Caltrans.
